‘海纳百川’ 指大海可以容得下成百上千条江河之水，比喻包容的东西非常广泛，而且数量很大。 （也有心胸宽广的意思）
These chinese characters translates to the sea being able to accommodate the waters of hundreds and thousands of rivers. This metaphor has the meaning of accommodating something extremely extensive and in large quantity, which also implies grace, acceptance and a broad-minded or generous attitude.
