WANG FEI 汪非
As an expert in realistic oil paintings, he pays attention to the slight details of every subject. Being sensitive to the feelings and atmosphere surrounding the subject, he is able to include the audience in the experience that is his art. Bringing out the feelings of serenity and nostalgia from his various landscapes.
Wang Fei won first prize in the Annual Tan Tsze Chor Award back in 2014 for the Western Painting category. Wang Fei was awarded the Highly Commended Award at the 2020 UOB Painting of the Year Competition for his painting S. R. Nathan in 1974 Laju Ferry Hijacking Incident. In 2018, Cape of Good Hope Art Gallery held a solo exhibition titled "An Artist's Pursuit" which featured 30 paintings by the artist.
