In this cheerful painting, Liu Xuan Qi depicts a coin operated horse machine that is commonly seen in the past at HDB void decks and at the atriums of shopping malls. In the brief moment of around 3 minutes, this moving installation is able to bring much happiness to its young users. Through this artwork, Liu Xuan Qi hopes to evoke pleasant memories and blissful joy for viewers. To further accentuate this delightful ambience, he also incorporated 3 marbles, simple toys many would have played in the past.
