Singaporean artist Ong Kim Seng is famous for his watercolour paintings of Singapore, Bali and Nepal. He is the first Asian to be awarded membership at the American Watercolour Society and has won six awards from the establishment.
Ong Kim Seng also served as the President of Singapore Watercolour Society from 1991 to 2001. In 1999, he received the cultural medallion award for his artistic contributions to the art scene in Singapore.
