Tung Yue Nang travels frequently to different countries in Southeast Asia, one of which includes Cambodia, the land of temples. He would then spend a week or two painting at the majestic Angkor Wat and living with the locals. Tung Yue Nang was awarded first place at the annual Dr Tan Tze Chor Art Awards Ink painting category in 2002, 2014 and 2019.
