Nai Swee Leng is a master in traditional ink painting in Singapore with a focus on the subject of birds and flowers. In 2016, he was invited by the National Gallery Singapore as part of the Ink Masters Series to share on the topic “Ink Development during the Ming and Qing Periods”. In conjunction with that talk, Mr Nai Swee Leng conducted a live demonstration of drawing the Pine tree for the audiences in attendance.
