84 years old this year, Koeh Sia Yong is a famous second generation artist in Singapore who graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. Famous paintings by the artist such as “Persecution” completed in 1963, “Here They Come!” finished in 1965 and “ Cannot Grow Vegetables Anymore” from 1968 are on display at the National Gallery Singapore.
