This beautiful painting by Singaporean artist Wang Mo Ping depicts a scene at West coast park. It was painted and finished on site by the artist who love to spend his time by the beaches and in nature. Many of Wang’s paintings depict the peaceful blue waters, shining water reflections as well as the flowers and trees around these water bodies.
In 2015, Cape of Good Hope Art Gallery organised a solo exhibition by Wang Mo Ping titled “Nanyang Sensation”. In 2019, his painting titled “Jurong Fishery Port” won 1st place in the western oil painting category at the annual Dr Tan Tze Chor Art awards organised by the Singapore Art Society in 2019.
