Ong Kim Seng is a prominent watercolorist in Singapore. He was awarded the Cultural Medallion award in 1990 and has won six awards from the prestigious American Watercolour Society. He enjoys travelling, being outdoors and even trekking. During his travels, he paints the scenery of various countries to record the different ways of life and cultural landmarks. In this painting of Bali, we can experience the serenity of a breezy day near the rural areas of Bali.
